Fantastic Results from 2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey

A survey of UK Electrical Wholesalers has revealed widespread appreciation for NET LED Lightings’ service and staff.

The purpose of the survey was to ensure customer needs were being met and to identify opportunities to better serve them in the future.

The Electrical Wholesalers that took part also revealed high satisfaction rates with NET LED’s dedicated Regional Sales Managers and Internal Sales Support staff; achieved satisfaction rations of 96% and 100% respectively. A 6% increase from the previous year.

These results came from a combination of office-based and field representation which allows us to provide a consistently high level of service tailored to individual customer requirements.

100% of Wholesalers who took part said they would purchase from NET LED again and 98% would recommend NET LED products to a contractor or another branch.

97% of our Wholesalers are happy with our range of products, saying that they satisfy the majority of customer’s requirements.

Of the Wholesalers that have used our Online Order Portal, there were high satisfaction rates with the overall performance and support the service provides, with 96% of customers that use it adding that it is quick and easy to use.
