NET LED Limited Newsletter 2021 – Quarter 2 Update

During Quarter 2, we’ve welcomed brand new people to our ever-growing team and focused on introducing new products to existing ranges. Kingston Panels now have a tunable model that allows both colour temperature and brightness to be changed via your mobile phone or a dimmable/scene switch. Our popular Keyston Flood Light just got bigger with a new 100W model being added to the range. We’ve also added entirely new options to our Hatley Up/Down Wall Lights. Available in black or stainless-steel housings, these are ideal for feature and accent lighting and take a standard GU10 lamp. While lamps are excluded, you can find them for purchase separately on the myNETLED portal.
As well as our new additions, we’ve kept stocks of all our products high, despite the chaos and delays caused by the blockage of the Suez Canal and other global shipping issues. As a result, we enter Quarter 3 with everything in stock and available for next day delivery on orders placed by 6 p.m.! We have also successfully passed another LIAQA Quality Audit of our overseas production and Made in Britain facilities.
As Covid restrictions are being lifted, our sales team have been starting to visit wholesalers as needed. We are also looking forward to welcoming Phil Shaw who starts in July in our newly created Director of Key Accounts role. Phil will be out each week visiting our Key Accounts nationally, ensuring our relationships are strong and that all parties are getting the products and service they need and expect from NET LED.
More and more electricians are using myNETLED, enjoying easy access to specification sheets and installation guides and wholesalers enjoying receiving enquiries directly from the contractors through the portal.
The portal has also been upgraded to let wholesalers’ add their own paperwork, including Delivery Note / Goods In notes. This is helpful for goods-in departments to receive deliveries with their own paperwork. It is also becoming increasingly popular to have the wholesaler’s delivery notes on the products when we deliver them directly to site (at no additional charge) for your electricians.
As always, it’s our teams that make all these exciting developments possible, and we are continually grateful for their commitment and dedication. We are also delighted to have taken on three new members of staff during this quarter: Bruno as Internal Sales Executive, Simon in manufacturing and production, and Phil as Director of Key Accounts – we wish them all every success on the journey with us!
