NET LED Lighting goes paperless

NET LED Lighting has further automated its processes as part of its dedication to reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

• Improving order processes: All orders are now received electronically and are fed directly into the warehouse team’s hand-held laser barcode scanners, improving speed and ensuring accuracy. This has allowed us to extend our ordering hours from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for next day delivery.

• Electronic ordering system: NET LED’s customers now have the opportunity to order via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This can be achieved by using NET LED’s dedicated EDI portal, or by importing NET LED’s product information and prices into your own computer system. EDI removes the need for paper price lists, purchase orders and invoices, eliminating waste at every step of the order process.

• Secure filing systems: We back our electronic systems up to a secure network every day. This increases the security of our internal documents and allows us to recall records in an instant.
