Director Of Key Accounts
Full-time, Permanent – National
Joining our Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will be customer focused and work with our existing team of Business Development Managers in overseeing the direction and growth of the company’s Key Accounts. Working two days a week from our Cambridge offices, you must be happy to travel extensively throughout the UK for the remainder of the week managing Key Account relationships.
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience of the electrical wholesaling industry, who enjoys developing win-win business relationships, so will have a good understanding of the commercial needs of all parties.

Internal Sales Executive
£22,000 + Commision a year – Full-time, Permanent
The successful candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced saleperson and will our team to manage existing accounts and onboard new customers. This will require you to undertake proactive telephone marketing campaigns to maximise product sales and you are expected to spend typically 3 hours each day on outbound calls. Experience of B2B internal sales is essential and having worked with wholesalers, especially electrical wholesalers, would be an advantage but not essential. This is primarily an office-based role, but you may be required to travel in the UK for occasional face-to-face meetings when necessary.
Skills required:
- Energetic and confident personality
- Previous experience in a telesales role is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work at a pace whilst always remaining detail focused
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop strong business relationships
- Competent IT abilities
- Experience of CRM, particularly Sage CRM would be advantageous
Assembly Operative
£20,000 per year – Full-time, Permanent
Working in a clean modern airconditioned environment you would be part of a team responsible for the assembly LED Lighting products along a production line, the ideal candidate will be a team player, that takes pride in their work and understands the importance of quality.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Using push fixings and screws to fix parts onto a metal plate
- Electrical Push fit Wiring
- Producing parts in stages along a conveyor belt
- Labelling and packing finished goods
- Loading finished goods onto pallets
- Ability to work consistently
- Able to handle changes in workload or requirements
- Ability to follow work instructions exactly
Experience:
- Line/assembly experience ideal but not essential
The person:
- Ability to work at a pace whilst always remaining detail focused

- Competent IT abilities
- Willingness to help others and learn new skills
