Meet Our Senior Management Team

Oliver Bubb has been promoted to the role of Managing Director following 10 years of service to NET LED. He now leads our Senior Management team, ensuring we provide the high-quality service that our Wholesalers expect from us. Their collective experiences are vital to our success, so keep in touch with them for NET LED’s ongoing developments.

 

Oliver Bubb – Managing Director

From humble beginnings as a warehouse operative, Oliver has worked his way through NET LED, taking on the role of Managing Director this year.

Armed with proven technical knowledge and strong relationships with our suppliers, he plays a vital role in product development to ensure the highest quality reaches our wholesalers. Alongside his work as Managing Director, Oliver takes a hands-on approach to many of the operational aspects of NET LED, including IT and Environmental Management Systems.

Simon Green – National Sales Manager

Simon heads NET LED’s team of four Business Development Managers, two Client Onboarding Executives and one Lighting Designer, providing coaching and training for them as well as leading in major sales opportunities. He joined NET LED in November 2015, having been a successful Sales Manager at Audi and uses the outstanding training and sales development skill he received to nurture our Sales team and develop the relationships we have with our wholesalers.

Daniel Harper – Finance Manager

Dan joined NET LED in July 2017, being part qualified through CIMA with a background of over 20 years in accounting and finance. He now heads NET LED’s finance department and is responsible for a team of three; producing monthly management accounts, managing cash and cash flow forecasting, and dealing with all aspects of customer-facing transactions including orders, rebates and returns.

Heather Trillwood – Operations Manager

Heather joined NET LED in January this year, having been a development manager for a restaurant and cafe bakery company for over nine years, where she managed daily KPI reporting for each site’s sales and margins as well as administering their property portfolio. At NET LED, she is responsible for all goods which enter and leave our Warehouse and Production facilities, while ensuring that the quality of our products meets ISO 9001 standards.
