Glowing Results from Customer Satisfaction Survey

A recent survey of UK electrical wholesalers has revealed widespread appreciation for NET LED Lighting’s service and staff.
NET LED commissioned an independent market research company, Estadia, to undertake its annual survey. The purpose of the survey was to ensure customer needs are being met, and to identify opportunities to better serve them into the future.
The company achieved a perfect (100%) level of satisfaction with the quality of service, with 95% of customers stating they intended to purchase LED lighting products from NET LED again.
Wholesalers highlighted next day delivery with 5 p.m. order cut-off, 5 Year Extended Warranty and customer service as key reasons why they chose NET LED.
The electrical wholesalers that took part also revealed high satisfaction with their dedicated Regional Sales Manager and Internal Sales Support, with an average satisfaction rate of 95%.
The company’s ten Regional Sales Managers provide quality service to regions across the United Kingdom. Each Sales Manager is supported by a dedicated Internal Sales Support person, who acts as a second point of contact for customers. This combination of office-based and mobile representation allows NET LED to provide a consistently high level of service tailored to individual customer requirements.
