Glowing Results from 2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey

A survey of UK electrical wholesalers has revealed widespread appreciation for NET LED Lighting’s service and staff.
The purpose of the survey was to ensure customer needs were being met, and to identify opportunities to better serve them in the future.
Of the customers who took part in the survey, 100% rated NET LED’s overall quality of service as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Satisfactory’.
The electrical wholesalers that took part also revealed high satisfaction rates with NET LED’s dedicated Regional Sales Managers and Internal Sales Support staff; achieving satisfaction ratings of 90% and 100% respectively.
The results showed that Regional Sales Managers are providing “excellent” service to regions across the United Kingdom. Each Sales Manager is supported by a dedicated Internal Sales Support person, who acts as a second point of contact for customers. This combination of office-based and field representation allows NET LED to provide a consistently high level of service tailored to individual customer requirements.
88% of wholesalers who took part said they would purchase from NET LED again and would recommend NET LED products to a contractor or another branch.
Wholesalers highlighted excellent customer service, support and product quality as key reasons why they chose NET LED.
